Rainbow Nannies was founded in 2007 by Ty Vaughn; and after fourteen years of diligently supporting Los Angeles and Orange County families, she handed in 2021 the baton over to Walfred & Alexandra, with Alexandra as the face of the agency.
Walfred Argosino is an independent Claims Examiner and Analyst, who specializes in handling casualty and general liability claims, with expertise in coverage analysis; claims investigation and damage assessment that collectively leads to equitable case resolution. As a skilled negotiator in finding resolutions, he handles the back-end of the business.
Alexandra Latten Argosino was born and raised in Europe, in the Netherlands, and has always worked with children, especially with newborns and infants, in some capacity or another. She started as a teenage Babysitter, then became a Summer Au-Pair, Nanny, Nurse in Pediatrics, Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist; and now also as a Nanny Agency Owner. She has taken care of 300+ newborns; and every family she has supported holds a special place in her heart.
Her calm demeanor, caring and loving personality; and the many years of well-rounded experience, skill and knowledge in all aspects of and about in-home childcare, give parents peace of mind. Alexandra offers non-judgmental support, encouragement and advice to each individual family.
Alexandra is passionate in sharing her knowledge that each child develops and learns in distinct ways; and observing the diverse ways in which children grow and learn, is of a great joy to her. She believes that every in-home childcare provider should create a safe and stable environment, in which children feel secure to explore the world around them at their own pace.
